Kathy Patrick, BS, has over 20 years of experience in training design, project development, systems design, evaluation and strategic planning.  Ms. Patrick holds a BS in Political Science from Wisconsin University and has been an independent consultant since 1998. She works with a wide range of clients to develop and implement the most effective strategies to meet their goals and to achieve meaningful, measurable results.

An accomplished trainer and facilitator, Ms. Patrick designs and delivers customized training for clients throughout the country on a wide range of topics.  She develops train-the-trainer sessions for non-trainers, to increase their effectiveness and ability to respond to the needs of adult learners.  Ms. Patrick also teaches training design, and provides technical assistance and coaching services to organizations seeking to improve their training programs. As a project and systems designer, Ms. Patrick works with clients to ensure a strategic approach, maintaining a constant focus on the organization’s larger goals and the role of the project or system in meeting those goals.  Ms. Patrick’s approach to evaluation design is equally strategic and practical.  She engages all stakeholders in the development of measurement criteria and definitions of success, ensuring that the outcomes measured are those that are most meaningful.
